1:1 Coaching with David Lea
I work with my 1:1 clients inside of a 12-month container. During those 12 months, we meet on Zoom regularly every other week for 50 minutes (26 individual 1:1 coaching calls are included)
Our coaching calls: (“lab work”)
Identification of your triggering trauma-responses
Strategies of how to navigate and claim a new relationship with those traumatized parts (the somatic responses)
Grounding patterns of masculine energy and feminine energy (healing the wounded energies)
Provide you with real-life implementation tools to regulate your nervous system
Traumas will begin to heal
Homework: (“field-work”)
Between our coaching calls, I will assign activities and to-do’s to implement what you identify on our coaching calls. This is where the work HAPPENS.
Will include but not limited to reading, journaling, somatic practices (breathwork, movement, etc)
Call Recordings
You will have exclusive and private access to our coaching call recordings. This is an incredibly powerful tool for you to leverage.
