There was a time I was so disconnected from myself

that my body began to violently revolt. Chronic, mystery physical ailments, defense mechanisms, coping strategies, lack of purpose, empty relationships, patterns of perfectionism and people pleasing... it all came to a violent head. I felt exhausted, defeated, and overwhelmed.

That's when I knew something had to change.

When I exhausted all the traditional forms of healing, I had no other choice but to turn inward. To shine a light on my deepest hurts to discover their influence and impact on my physical, emotional, and mental ways of being. I snuggled up to past traumas, rather than attempting to outrun them, which I spent decades trying to do. When you commit to yourself in such a deeply vulnerable way, you begin to build safety and trust in the body, which is the foundation for true, lasting healing to begin.

Your body, heart, and spirit were designed with the intelligence to heal itself. 

Your only job is to get out of the way. To come home to the wisdom and infinite healing intelligence of the body, and to settle comfortably at the foot of your soul. This takes great courage, big patience, and a commitment to compassion as you journey inward.

My struggles with anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, people pleasing, and low self worth continue to heal at deeper depths with each passing day. I have more energy (something I forgot I used to have), I’m in the most loving, healthy romantic partnership I could have ever imagined, and I feel deeply connected to my body, my voice, my values, and my overall feminine wellbeing.

I feel home. Connected. Confident. Safe. Trusting. At Peace.

The greatest joy is guiding women out of similar experiences of survival, and into a conscious connection with their own divine nature. You are worthy of feeling vibrant and alive in every way. You are worthy of healing.
